Installation instructions
The leak tightness inspection should be done with air separately before installation, the air pressure should not exceed 50KP，it is strictly prohibited to use inflammable and explosive gases，such as oxygen, etc. or poisonous and harmful gases to make leakage detecting .
Strictly forbid to detect leakage with open flame for the meter installed on the gas pipe.
The gas meter should be installed in a dry and ventilated place, the operating ambient temperature is from -25℃to +55℃. It is strictly prohibited to be installed in the bedroom and bathroom and the meter can not be installed in the corrosive environment to the meter.
There should be enough safety distance among the installation position of the gas meter, the stove and other fire source. On installing the meter, please note that the arrow sign on the top of the meter case must be in conformity with the gas flowing direction and it should not be connected reversely.
To avoid condensation water enter into the meter, the meter should be installed horizontally on the higher point of the pipeline.
Be sure to remember to empty the air inside the pipeline and the gas meter before ignition.
Please pay attention that the pipe center distance connected to gas meter must be in conformity with the center distance of the gas meter on installation and in order to avoid the joints leakage of the meter, it may not be strong connection, twist and smashing.
